Simple 7 step technique to Activate Your Heart Center Fast!

In this blog I’m going to share with you a simple technique you can do fast, to open and activate your heart center.

This is so powerful because awakening the heart center carries a powerful frequency, that has the potential to further your healing, and restore balance through the core of your being.

You see, You have both a physical and an energy body...

Your energy body is made up of your 7 energy centers also known as your chakras, which are like swirling wheels of energy vortexes...

And around your chest sits the heart center…

This center opens like a flower and radiates the highest available frequency of divine love.

And Once activated, it opens you to more of your gifts, your higher self, divine connection, divine wisdom, and your soul's qualities.

Why its important to open your heart center

Now here’s the thing

Even though It's very important to open this center and to keep it open.

Because this is the center point between your physical and energy body, which keeps you on the balanced path of both the physical and spiritual.

But what most people might not realize is that, once you activate your heart center, this powerful frequency can be harnessed and channeled for HEALING in a profound way.

And know that even if what I’m about to share seems simple…

As I have condensed it down, making it have only the essentials, so it is as simple as possible whilst also remaining very powerful... 

7 activation steps to opening your heart center

Step 1:

Repeat the following either internally within your mind or ideally out loud...

“I now ask, to be surrounded by protective divine light, from the creator and all that there is, and with love from my spirit guides, ascended masters, and my guardian angel...

That wish to serve the greater good and divine will, and by helping me to open my heart center, and allow in ,a stream of divine grace and love...”

Step 2:

Now picture and feel, the center of the universe, its vastness and divine beauty (don’t worry if you can’t visualize very well, just focus on creating the sensation and the feeling...)

Think of the billions of planets, stars and countless galaxies, seeing, and feeling this vastness from the majestic of the universe...

Step 3:

Now, see and feel the entire universe, in the center of your chest, which is the location of your heart center...

See and feel the universe from the center of your chest, begin to expand throughout your entire body…

filling your arms, hands and fingers...Continuing to expand Filling your legs, feet and toes...

filling your neck, and head...seeing and feeling your entire body as one with the vast universe...

Step 4:

Now put your attention back to the center of your chest, and on your heart center...

…Think of an area of your life, that is causing you to feel unloved, or even an area where you could be more loving, whether about yourself, something or someone else...

Now imagine “what it would feel like experience more love in this area”...And think about, not only how it benefits your life, but also the lives of others...

Know your Team of Divine assistants are with you…

And you can start to feel love coming from your spirit guides, ascended masters and the unconditional love of your guardian enter into your heart center...

As you feel more and more your heart center opening like a lotus flower…as it’s time to vibrate at the highest levels..

Begin to see and feel a tiny prick of golden light, in the middle of your heart center...

Beginning to gradually expand and grow larger, and larger, filling your chest and beginning to expand outwards...

With every area this golden light touches, you will feel a healing, uplifting, loving warm sensation... helping to let go of any pains, tension, and trauma...

See and feel this light expand out through your shoulders, down your arms, hands, and into your fingers...

Expanding downwards from your chest, filling your stomach, lower back...your thighs, calves, down your feet and into your toes...

This light expands up through your throat and your head, filling your entire body...

You are now aligning with the unconditional love and the creative force of the universe...

Step 6:

Now bring your attention back to your heart center, and see the golden light becoming even stronger, and more intense in this area, feeling even more love and warmth...

Feel your heart center growing and expanding outwards, as you begin to feel an opening, and feel a burst of a rose golden light expand outwards, surrounding your entire body and illuminating your surroundings...

Feeling the divine frequency of love bringing you into the present moment...

Step 7:

Take a moment to thank all of the spiritual guides that helped you through this process...

"So it is and so it is done...”

The power of divine love is within you

And remember... With this power of divine love that is accessed through opening your heart center.

You can channel to heal and restore your energy centres and allowing you to grow and expand to your true potential and allowing you to access the higher realms...
